Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unopened
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Items not in their original condition
- Products returned without prior approval
- Sale or promotional items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@smoothveiloil.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations because order processing may already begin.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrectly shipped
In those cases, we will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
